How you can work with me
Finding the right coach is key. I offer a free 30-minute discovery call to explore your goals and see if we are the right fit. If you choose to move forward, we begin with a longer initial session (up to 2 hours) to deeply understand your needs and test techniques. This is then followed by a bespoke coaching package tailored to your goals, schedule, and pace.

Where do sessions take place?
Online Sessions
All sessions are currently delivered remotely via secure video, with phone and email support available between sessions.
SESSIONS

The initial Foundation session is scheduled for up to 2 hours to explore current patterns and test techniques.

Packaged Sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes and typically last 60–90 minutes.

Top-up sessions (60 minutes) are available for returning clients who want to refresh or continue their journey.
