Coaching is equally impactful for adults and youths. It is never too early or too late to reconnect with your authentic self, release emotional blocks, and align with a life that brings peace, joy, and meaning.

 

Using a deeply holistic approach, I integrate practical coaching with powerful techniques such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), TimeLine Therapy™, and Hypnotherapy. When appropriate, I also incorporate intuitive insight and spiritual tools to help you connect with your inner compass - that wise, guiding light within. My aim is to support you in building lasting self-trust, self-love, and emotional resilience as you move forward on your unique path.

Adults

Modern life is demanding, and it’s easy to feel disconnected from our true self amid work, family, finances, and societal pressures. This disconnection may show up as anxiety, burnout, low confidence, or a sense of being stuck, unfulfilled or lost.

 

Holistic life coaching offers a safe space to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. Together, we work to rediscover your authentic values, shift limiting beliefs, and uncover what brings you joy, purpose, and inner peace. Whether you are navigating a life transition, rebuilding after illness or loss, or simply craving more from life, I help you find your way back to yourself, with clarity and confidence.

My work with adults is best suited to those who are emotionally ready to engage fully in the process, willing to commit to regular sessions, and prepared to reflect and take positive action between appointments. This isn’t a passive process or something that works in one or two sessions, real change takes time and consistency.

Youths

Today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world can be overwhelming for young people. Many teens feel unsure of who they are, what they want, or how to handle life’s emotional ups and downs.

 

Through a gentle, empowering coaching process, I help young people slow down, develop emotional awareness, and begin to trust their own intuition. Together, we explore their strengths, values, and dreams in a way that feels safe and age appropriate. This journey builds self-confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience that can positively shape their future.

However, it’s important that both the young person and their parent/guardian understand that this isn’t a quick-fix or one-off conversation. Coaching works best when the young person is open to the process, engaged in their own growth, and able to commit to attending sessions regularly.

How you can work with me

Finding the right coach is key. I offer a free 30-minute discovery call to explore your goals and see if we are the right fit. If you choose to move forward, we begin with a longer initial session (90 minutes) to deeply understand your needs, followed by a bespoke coaching package tailored to your goals, schedule, and pace.

You’ll receive:

  • One-to-one coaching using NLP, TimeLine Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy

  • Ongoing phone and email support between sessions

  • Practical tools, tasks, and reflection exercises to support integration 

  • A confidential, calm space, where you can reflect, grow, and reconnect with your inner compass

 

 Spiritual tools such as intuitive card readings may be included when helpful or requested.

Where do sessions take place?

In-Person

Occasional face-to-face sessions may become available again in the future

Online Sessions

All sessions are currently delivered remotely via secure video, with phone and email support available between sessions.

PRICING

  • Sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes @ £80 per hour, with additional time billed in 30-minute increments.

  • The initial session is 2 hours to allow for a comprehensive start.

  • Adult sessions are booked for 90 minutes and typically last 60–90 minutes.

  • Youth sessions generally last 60 minutes.

  • Top-up sessions are available for returning clients who want to refresh or continue their journey.
