Helping Young People Feel Understood, Supported, and Empowered
Growing up isn’t easy. Young people today are navigating pressure, identity, emotions, and expectations, all while trying to figure out who they are in the world. Sometimes they need someone outside of family or school. Someone who listens without judgement, who helps them make sense of things. That’s where holistic coaching for teens and young adults can make all the difference.
I work gently and intuitively, meeting each young person exactly where they are. Coaching isn’t about fixing, it’s about creating a space where they can feel safe enough to explore their thoughts, release what’s been weighing on them, and reconnect with their inner strength.
Common Reasons Young People Come to Coaching
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or unsure of themselves
Struggling with school, friendships, or big emotions
Wanting to understand themselves better
Feeling stuck, lost, or pressured to make decisions
Carrying emotions or experiences they can’t explain
Through tools like NLP coaching, Hypnotherapy, and TimeLine Therapy™, we can gently work with the unconscious patterns and emotional blocks that might be holding them back - helping them feel more confident, more calm, and more themselves.
It’s a Journey of Self-Discovery
Coaching helps young people:
Feel seen and heard
Build emotional awareness and resilience
Learn how to manage stress or anxiety
Connect with their identity and values
Find clarity around their next steps
This work isn’t about telling them what to do. It’s about helping them remember who they are and giving them space to grow from there.
If you know a teen or young adult who might benefit from coaching, or you’re curious about how this could help your child, I’m always happy to talk things through.
We’re not meant to walk these journeys alone.
