These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Vicky Anne Coaching website and to coaching services provided by Vicky Anne Coaching.
By using this website or agreeing to work with Vicky Anne Coaching, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Vicky Anne Coaching
Vicky Anne Coaching is the trading name of Vicky Howard.
Vicky Anne Coaching provides one-to-one holistic life coaching, mentoring and related coaching services for adults and young people aged 16 and over.
Coaching is provided online via secure video unless otherwise agreed.
2. Coaching Services
Before coaching begins, we will discuss what you are looking for and whether coaching is suitable for you.
If you decide to work together, you will be provided with a Coaching Agreement setting out the arrangements for your coaching. You will need to accept this agreement before coaching begins.
The Coaching Agreement forms part of the agreement between you and Vicky Anne Coaching.
The coaching relationship is collaborative. Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological therapy, counselling or other professional healthcare.
3. Sessions and Fees
The Foundation Session is 90 minutes.
Individual coaching sessions are one hour.
Where a longer session would be useful, this will be discussed and agreed in advance.
Fees will be confirmed before a session is booked. Payment is required in advance.
Your session will be confirmed once payment has been received.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without charge.
Where at least 48 hours' notice is given, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments (no-shows) will normally be charged the full session fee, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot usually be offered to anyone else.
Unexpected circumstances can arise. In exceptional circumstances, Vicky Anne Coaching may consider an alternative arrangement depending on the individual circumstances and availability. Any goodwill arrangement does not alter this cancellation policy or create an entitlement to future exceptions.
If Vicky Anne Coaching needs to cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative time will be offered. If an alternative cannot be agreed, any payment made for that session will be refunded.
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
5. Ending Coaching
Either you or Vicky Anne Coaching may decide to end the coaching relationship.
The Coaching Agreement sets out any further arrangements relating to ending coaching.
Vicky Anne Coaching may also decline to continue providing coaching where coaching is no longer considered appropriate, where there is inappropriate or abusive behaviour, or where these Terms and Conditions or the Coaching Agreement have been breached.
6. Responsibility for Your Decisions
Coaching is intended to support reflection, awareness, decision-making and personal development.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and choices.
Vicky Anne Coaching does not guarantee any particular outcome from coaching.
Where it becomes apparent that another form of professional support would be more appropriate, this may be discussed with you.

The content on this website is provided for general information and is not intended to constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
While reasonable care is taken to keep information on the website accurate and up to date, Vicky Anne Coaching does not guarantee that all information will always be complete or current.
