Have you ever had a moment in life where everything changed? A loss, a goodbye, a new chapter you did not ask for?
Maybe your child left home.
Maybe your relationship ended.
Maybe you lost a job, a home, a parent,
Or maybe it was simply that feeling of not knowing who you are anymore.
These moments of grief, transition, and unexpected change can leave us feeling lost and confused, like a core part of who we were has disappeared. And no matter your age, it is okay to feel unsure or overwhelmed. It is also okay to want support as you find your way back home to yourself.
At Vicky Anne Coaching, I work with clients from age 13 to 73 and beyond, because healing, self-discovery, and transformation have no expiry date. Whether you are a teenager navigating identity and relationships, or you’re in your seventies and feeling the world shift beneath your feet, coaching helps you reconnect with your inner compass - that quiet voice that always knows the way forward.
Life Changes You And That’s Not a Bad Thing
When we experience significant life events - like the loss of a partner, parent, or child, a divorce, a career change, or even a child growing up and leaving home - it doesn't just affect our circumstances. It affects who we are energetically.
We shift. We shed. We soften or shut down.
Grief, shock, and change don’t just move through us, they reshape us. That can feel terrifying, but it can also be the start of something deeply beautiful.
“The way forward is within.”
Through coaching, I gently guide you to meet this new version of yourself with compassion, confidence, and clarity. While part of you may feel gone, another part of you is waiting to rise.
It's Never Too Late (Or Too Early) to Start Again
One of the most powerful truths I witness in my coaching practice is this:
There is no “wrong” time to begin.
You can be thirteen, feeling lost in the noise of school, friendships, and pressures you can’t yet explain.
You can be in your thirties or forties, quietly questioning what you truly want from life, and whether that fits with what others expect of you.
You can be in your fifties, grieving the loss of a parent, navigating life without your children, or facing the realities of aging while wondering what comes next.
You can be in your seventies, learning to live after the loss of a partner, exploring the world on your own for the first time, or making peace with a life that unfolded differently than you once imagined.
Whatever your age or life stage, you are still allowed to dream, to feel, to change, and to heal.
It Is Okay to Get Lost for a While
In fact, sometimes that is where the real work begins. It is okay to lose yourself for a bit in the storm of change, trying to make sense of it on your own. That inner searching, the pulling away, the questioning, the reaching for familiar things even when they no longer fit. It is all part of how you start to hear your inner compass again.
There is no need to rush the process. However, sometimes, having a quiet, grounded space away from everyone else’s expectations and noise makes all the difference. That is where coaching comes in. It is not about giving you the answers. It is about helping you remember your own, with support, empathy, and truth.
Support Is Not Weakness - It Is a Sacred Step Forward
Sometimes we fear asking for help because we think we should “have it all figured out” by now. But here’s the truth: you are allowed to change, and you are allowed to receive support while doing so.
Coaching gives you a safe, non-judgmental space to:
Come to accept what has been lost
Recognize how you’ve shifted
Rebuild trust in yourself
Redefine your vision of the future
Make peace with the past, while gently letting it go
You Are Still Becoming
You are not too old.
You are not too young.
You are not too late.
The version of you that is emerging - wiser, more conscious, more whole - deserves space, love, and clarity.
But most of all, this journey is yours. It is your time, your guidance and your pace.
There is no right way or wrong timeline, only your own inner voice calling you forward.
That is what Vicky Anne Coaching is here for: to walk with you as you return to your truth, your confidence, and your dreams, no matter what you have been through.
And yes, even when it feels scary, unfamiliar, and uncomfortable - you are still allowed to choose a new way forward.
Because moving forward doesn’t mean forgetting what’s been, it means choosing, with love, what comes next.
On your terms.
In your time.
And never alone, if you don’t want to be.
Are you ready to reconnect with your inner self and move forward with purpose? Then let’s begin your journey together. Whether you are 13 or 73, the way forward starts now.
