What Is Holistic Coaching and How Can It Help You?

At some point in life, many of us feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, from ourselves, our purpose, or what’s next. If that sounds familiar, holistic coaching might be just what you need. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you remember who you are, and gently clearing what’s in the way.


At Vicky Anne Coaching, I guide people of all ages to reconnect with themselves, build emotional strength, and find real clarity, in a way that feels safe, spacious, and supportive.


What Is Holistic Coaching?

Holistic coaching works with all parts of you - mind, body, energy, and emotions - because everything is connected. It’s about listening beneath the surface and working at the root of what's going on, not just the symptoms.


I blend powerful techniques like NLP (Neuro–Linguistic Programming), TimeLine Therapy™, and hypnotherapy with deep listening, intuition, and a grounded, calm presence. Together, we create space for real shifts.


Who Is This For?

Whether you’re an adult or a young person (aged 13+), holistic coaching can support you if you’re:

  • Feeling anxious, low, or stuck

  • At a crossroads in life, study, work, or relationships

  • Holding onto emotional pain or limiting patterns

  • Wanting to feel more confident, clear, and calm


I also support teens navigating big emotions, change, or pressure. It’s a gentle, empowering space where they can feel heard, supported, and more in control of their inner world.


What the Coaching Journey Looks Like

We start with a free 30-minute call to see if we're the right fit. From there:

  • Our first session (90 minutes) gives space to explore your story, needs, and goals

  • Ongoing sessions are usually 60–90 minutes, depending on what you need that day

  • Each session is booked with built-in flexitime so we’re never rushing deep work

  • You’ll have email or phone support between sessions if something comes up or you just need to check in


Sessions are held online, with the option of in-person coaching in the future.


Tools We May Use

Your journey is unique, and the tools I use depend on where you’re at. These may include:

  • NLP to gently shift old thought patterns

  • TimeLine Therapy™ to release past emotional blocks

  • Hypnotherapy to work with your subconscious and unlock insight

  • Intuitive Coaching (including card readings if desired) to access deeper wisdom


This isn’t about a quick fix. It’s about lasting change from the inside out.
